To whom it may concern,
Ms. Robin Redwine has been an employee of this business as a marine upholstery and canvas seamstress for the last 3 years. During that time I have learned to rely on her to help me in all aspects of running my business. She was originally hired because of her ability to produce quality work, something she has always maintained. However, she has also been indispensable in her ability to deal with my customers. Greeting them as they come in, solving their problems and making them just feel welcome. She is conscientious, and hard working. Always willing to go the extra mile when asked to whether to meet a fast approaching deadline or to deal with a less than happy customer.
She was also unselfish with her time in helping newer employees get settled and trained. She always worked for the betterment of the company. She was truly a valued employee. Someone who will be missed and difficult to replace.
I am happy to speak with anyone who may have questions regarding the possibility of hiring Ms Redwine. I recommend her highly.
